Workout Wednesday- Quick At Home Workout

Happy first workout wednesday!!! When I first started this workout this morning I got through 1 round and had to stop because Emberleigh was in need of mama really bad. THAT’S OK, life happens! Here I am doing my last round with you.

This is a body weight workout so no need for any equipment.

Workout:

15 Squats

15 Mountain Climbers

15 Burpees (With or without jump)

15 Hip Thrust

15 Lunges

15 Push-ups

15 Crunches

15 Second Plank

15 Jumping Jacks

Repeat x2
