Workout Wednesday – Kettlebell In 10 Min.

 

I needed something super quick and effective today while Emberleigh was napping (But really… I need that everyday lol) So I chose a quick kettle bell workout. The kettlebell is something I don’t use often but every time I do I’m always reminded of how great it is!

Here’s your workout for this Wednesday.

Kettlebell in 10 min.

12 Kettlebell Swings

10 Squat to a row

20 Split Lunges

10 RDL

20 Russian Twists

20 Rows (10/arm)

Repeat 2-3 times
