New Season – New Me

It’s a new season for me! I am all done birthing babies and now all of my focus is going to be on raising those beautiful babies of mine, becoming an even better wife & mother and learning how to grow a business.

I have teamed up with a friend of mine over at Inside Out Fit to create a meal plan and hold me accountable to returning back to my post partum body and beyond because like I said, new season – new me!

One of the hardest parts for me after having a baby is food. What I should be consuming and how much, etc.when I’m in the trying to figure out your groove with a new baby phase, the initial tendency is to just fall off the bandwagon and let food be my last thought when in fact, it should most definitely be one of my first. This is where Bri over at Inside Out Fit comes in. The girl is a beast! I mean that in the most feminine way… She is a single mama of 2, works a job & in all of her spare time, works on her passion job which is helping people walk in a healthier lifestyle by creating meal plans. She is amazing!

Sharing my physical progress isn’t easy for me. Ive always been a bit on the hush hush about my weight and even wearing certain things makes me self contious. With that being said, I feel like we should be super proud of our bodies and not ashamed! Especially after we have birthed children! So I am sharing this journey with all of you because I want you to know that I am in that struggle bus with you!! I laugh because the last time I started my health journey back to my normal pre pregnancy self it was also right around the holidays. My husband and I sure do know how to make those summer babies! If ya need any tips, obviously we’ve got them for you. Haha.

Here are my current stats as of 8/1/2018:

Weight: 150.8

Waist: 36 1/2

Thighs: 23 1/2

Chest: 34 1/2 (This is forever fluctuating thought because of milk production)

Current status of physical activity: I am going to start with doing a bit of yoga but ease my way back into things. At this point I’m more focused on getting my diet in check.
