Happy Workout Wednesday! I thought I would share some workouts that I’ve been loving from other bloggers since being pregnant. Today I’m going to share one of my favorite mommy fitness bloggers @Nourishmovelove that I love to follow who has a 20 min. pregnancy cardio barre workout. There are a few things that I love about this. One being, its quick! The other being that its effective. Give me a quick effective workout any day of the week and I will love you forever! This girl is most certainly not a fan of working out for hours on end. Anyone else with me?!
